You are free to rearrange the furniture how you wish. Unfortunately, we cannot remove unwanted furniture from your apartment.

No. We do a flat monthly rate of $100.00 for utilities which includes everything you need: WiFi, Water/Sewer, Electric, Green Fee, and Valet Trash . We also charge a one-time non-refundable utility set-up/admin fee of $250.00 at them time of application.

Individual leasing means we rent per bedroom so you are only responsible for your rent and utilities. If you’re interested in a full apartment contact the leasing office for availability.

Every applicant fills out a resident profile sheet with their application inquiring about your study, social, and cleaning habits in addition to your hobbies. We do our best to place you with roommates who fit those requirements. You are also able to choose a preferred roommate(s) if you are applying at the same time.
